1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Café Ciclista website and all services provided, including bike rentals, guided rides, route downloads and general inquiries. By accessing our website or booking any service, you agree to these Terms.

Café Ciclista, Carretera de Les Marines, Km 1 #12, 03700 Dénia, Alicante, Spain
2. Services Provided
Café Ciclista offers:
- Bike rental (road, gravel, e-bikes)
- Guided cycling tours
- Clothing
- Café service (in-person, no online ordering)
3. Booking & Payments
- A valid ID is required for all rentals.
- Payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.
- Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received or deposit is accepted.
4. Bike Rental Terms

- The customer is fully responsible for the rented bicycle during the rental period.
- Bikes must be returned in the same condition as delivered, allowing for normal wear.
- Any damage, loss or theft will be charged to the customer.
- Helmets, pedals and repair kits are provided when available.
- Bikes must not be used for competition unless expressly authorised.
- The customer must comply with Spanish traffic regulations.
- Café Ciclista reserves the right to withhold part or all of the deposit to cover damage.
5. Liability
- Cycling involves risks. Customers ride at their own responsibility.
- Café Ciclista is not liable for accidents, injuries or damage resulting from misuse, negligence or non-compliance with traffic rules.
- We do not accept liability for loss of personal belongings during rides or rentals.
6. Route Downloads (GPX files)
- GPX files are provided “as-is”.
- Terrain, weather and road conditions may vary.
- Users accept full responsibility for their own safety and navigation.
7. Guided Rides
- Group rides require that all participants follow the instructions of the guide.
- Café Ciclista may cancel or modify a tour due to weather, safety or operational reasons.
8. Website Use
- Users agree not to misuse the website or attempt to breach security.
- All content (text, images, logos) is property of Café Ciclista.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts of the Spanish law.
