Cancellation Policy

1. General
This policy applies to all bookings made via our website, in person or by email.
2. Cancellations by the Customer
- More than 7 days before the booking: Full refund.
- 3–7 days before: 50% refund.
- Less than 48 hours: No refund.
- No-shows: No refund.
3. Changes to Bookings
Customers may request changes (bike size, model, dates) subject to availability.
4. Cancellations by Café Ciclista
We may cancel bookings due to:
- Severe weather
- Mechanical issues
- Safety conditions
- Unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
5. Guided Rides
- If a guided tour cannot go ahead for safety reasons, a full refund is provided.
- If a customer joins a ride but cannot complete it, no refund is issued.
